Overview This workshop covers what managers need to know about their legal obligations and how to undertake the process within the requirements of the Employment Act 2002.
Many things lead up to the use of formal procedures and many issues can be resolved without using them. However, sometimes their use is inevitable.
The laws of natural justice and case law are used as the bedrock for the workshop. The workshop will be a mixture of factual law, looking at real life case studies, discussion of delegates own experiences. Objectives
