Overview

This workshop blends traditional motivation theory with current coaching techniques. It looks at behaviourial tendencies and how these can either energise or block activity in the workplace and beyond.

Relationships, behaviour and attitude are what really make the work place ‘tick'. People who understand each other are more likely to get on and have a productive working relationship.

Objectives

By the end of the workshop, you will be able to motivate your team by:

  • Identifying energy drainers and eliminating them
  • Recognising and overcoming other people's barriers
  • Building open and trusting relationships with your team
  • Reducing absence and increasing productivity through greater personal and team awareness.

  • Energy stoppers and blockers
  • Behaviours and assertiveness
  • Overcoming negativity
  • How we process information
  • Case studies and role plays. Delegates own workplace issues can be used if requested.
